AgeRight Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist at Nehalem Valley Care Center to deliver person-centered care and develop tailored therapy plans that leverage clinical data and evidence-based programs. You will work with a team to improve patients' functional outcomes and quality of life.

The role supports dedicated documentation time, professional development, and opportunities across the AgeRight Therapy network, with a focus on growth. New grads are encouraged to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited education program with the appropriate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure or processing for licensure

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
