West Bend Health & Rehabilitation in West Bend, IA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team. The role offers training and continuing education in dysphagia, dementia care, stroke and neuro rehab, and respiratory recovery programs.

The PTA license is required and new graduates are welcome to apply. This position is on-site with opportunities for clinical and administrative growth within a post‑acute setting.

• Apply evidence‑based practices to support clinical interventions.

• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

West Bend Health & Rehabilitation, located in West Bend, IA, is a post‑acute care facility that offers long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services. We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in‑house therapy team. The role provides opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin/dysphagia, Abilities Care & dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory recovery programs.
