You will provide patient-centered therapy across multiple levels of care, navigate complex presentations, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to support transitions of care.

Licensed in Wisconsin and an accredited PTA program graduate preferred; opportunity for growth within a respected, therapist-owned organization.
