Samaritan Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in West Bend, WI. The PTA will implement treatment under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, support recovery programs, and provide direct patient care with therapeutic exercises, while educating patients and families on home routines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
