Bayshore Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a per diem role in Wisconsin. You will work with licensed physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and provide patient education to promote independence and mobility.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver High-Quality care and treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and providing patient education.
You will work with patients of various ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
Provide patient education to promote independence and self-care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Participate in patient assessments, progress reports, and care conferences
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current PTA certification in the state of Wisconsin
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
