Job summary

The Broadview Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help residents improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.

Qualifications

  • Active PTA license in good standing.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized plans of care to reduce pain and improve function.
  • Monitor and document resident progress, including strength and mobility.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
  • Follow all professional, legal, and regulatory standards.

Seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
