Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join the in-house rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful work serving residents in a skilled nursing setting.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document under Net Health, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize outcomes while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Ohio OT license required.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with the rehab team.
