Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN schedule. Provide physical therapy services within the scope of practice and collaborate with the care team to support residents' milestones and comfort.

Requirements include a current PTA license, graduation from an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of post-acute or SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• CPR certification required at hire.
• One year of post-acute or SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $32- $38/hour
