Job summary

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient orthopedic center in Tulsa is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to deliver individualized care and support functional recovery for diverse patients.

As a PTA, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, and help patients regain independence in daily activities. We offer mentorship, career growth, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality orthopedic PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in patient care and contribute to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with staff.

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
