Park Avenue Health & Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour based on experience; licensed PTA required; new grads welcome; prior SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with active AZ license or eligibility.
• Experience in skilled nursing setting preferred; new grads welcome.
• Must be supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist and proficient in rehab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and device use under supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory/clinical practice.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT – FULL TIME - PARK AVENUE HEALTH & REHABILITATION – TUCSON, AZ

Park Avenue Health & Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $25 - $32/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
