Ideal candidates hold a PTA degree, licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and NPI upon hire. Home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Pay range: $35.00 - $45.00 DOE

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• CPR Certification
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
