Marquis Companies' AgeRight Care at Home unit is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Eastside Portland, OR to deliver person-centered therapy to seniors in home settings. You will work under an individualized care plan and help patients reach therapy goals while coordinating with families and caregivers.

Ideal candidates have PTA credentials, active or pending state licensure, CPR, and NPI readiness, plus a preference for Home Health experience and strong organizational skills to support

Qualificações

• Current state licensure or in process; CPR certification; NPI required on hire

Pay range: $35.00 - $45.00 DOE

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• CPR Certification
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
