Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join Clatsop Care Center in Oregon. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver personalized therapy plans to seniors, helping them regain function and quality of life.

We offer four weeks PTO, access to modality equipment, annual reviews with raises, free CEUs, and employer-matched 401(k). New grads are encouraged to apply and grow within the AgeRight Therapy network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
