CoxHealth is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy across the Home Health CHAH department in Missouri. The role follows an established Plan of Care and requires the PTA to travel to patient homes.

A two-year PTA program graduate, with 2 years of PTA experience, is required, along with Missouri PTA licensure and an active driver's license. This full-time day-shift position offers consistent hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed PTA active in Missouri and valid driver’s license.

Provides in-home Physical Therapy Services according to an established Plan of Care.Education: Required: Graduate of two (2) year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association Experience: Required: Two (2) years experience as Physical Therapist Assistant and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as PTA after December 31, 1977.) Skills: Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
