Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a Float Physical Therapist Assistant to support multiple northern clinics in Torrance, CA. The role operates with an hourly pay model based on experience.

Responsibilities include patient follow-up, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and thorough documentation using Raintree, along with patient education and family involvement in care plans. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

We are looking for a float PTA to work throughout our northern clinics
