ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has served Orange County since 1992, offering premier outpatient orthopedic care.

We seek a Doctor of Physical Therapy with California licensure to join our team. Competitive salary of $84,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required or equivalent.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education.

Salary: $84,000-$100,000/annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.


• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.


• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.


• Documentation: While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
