We Are Hiring

• Department: Rehabilitation
• Schedule: PRN, required to work at least 6 weekend days per quarter, 1 holiday per year, weekdays available but not required.
• Hospital: All Saints Hospital
• Location: Racine, WI

What You Will Do

Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.

• Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills appropriate for the patient population.
• Document treatment interventions given.
• May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students, and support personnel.

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer date; accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Assistant credential from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board obtained prior to hire or transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
