Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Provo, Utah, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team.

You will implement treatment plans, guide exercises, document progress, and collaborate with supervising therapists in a patient-centered clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Utah PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab activities.
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed and within scope.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and progress strategies.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and rehabilitation programs

• Provide appropriate manual therapy techniques as directed and within applicable scope-of-practice requirements

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress

• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes

• Help create a welcoming, patient-focused clinic environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
