Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Utah PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in accordance with state requirements.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and rehabilitation programs.
• Provide appropriate manual therapy techniques as directed and within applicable scope-of-practice requirements.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Help create a welcoming, patient-focused clinic environment.
