Schedule:

Full Time. Center Hours Mon - Sat.

Compensation:

Starting at $27/hr. Starting rate calculated by experience.

Our outpatient center is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Join our clinical team of 8 treating an outpatient orthopedic population. We treat a variety of orthopedic patients of all ages, diagnoses, and insurances. Newly licensed PTAs and experienced outpatient PTAs are encouraged to APPLY today! Let's foster your growth.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
2. Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
3. Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

1. College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
2. Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE.
3. Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process).
4. CPR Certification.
