Select Physical Therapy’s Newport, PA outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed PTA to provide top-notch care to patients of all ages. You will be mentored as part of a small clinical team and participate in a broad mix of patients and modalities.

Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Sign-on bonus and student loan assistance available; clinical growth through a robust CEU program and internal opportunities across 1,900 centers.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program is required.
• National PTA exam (CAPTE) must be passed.
• Active PTA license or license in process.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality PTA-supervised PT services to patients.
• Support patient care under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Maintain positive interactions and collaborate with center staff and other centers.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Newport, PA

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends! PRN hours also available

Compensation: Hourly rate is $25-$32/hr based on your experience.

Incentives: $5000 Sign on Bonus, plus $200 per month for Student Loan Assistance!

• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
