The Physical Therapy Institute (PTI) is a leading outpatient physical therapy network in Western Pennsylvania seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Plum/Monroeville clinic. You will support therapists, assist with patient care, and help maintain precise documentation for quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, including modalities, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy.
• Support daily documentation in a team setting.
• Help patients stretch and exercise targeted muscle groups.
• Read and apply Physical Therapist instructions for personalized care.
• Guide patients through balance training and other therapeutic techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling and paperwork.
• Work closely with supervising Physical Therapists (indirect supervision preferred but not required).

• Ability to guard a lift load of 120–140 lbs
