Qualifications

• Indirect supervision license preferred, not required.

• Support daily documentation in a team setting.
• Help patients stretch and exercise targeted muscle groups.
• Read and apply Physical Therapist instructions for personalized care.
• Guide patients through balance training and other therapeutic techniques.
• Complete administrative tasks, including scheduling and paperwork.
• Work closely with supervising Physical Therapists (indirect supervision preferred).

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited two-year Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Licensed as a PTA in the state of Pennsylvania
• Indirect supervision license preferred, not required
• Physical and mental capability to meet the job’s physical demands

Physical Demand Requirements:

• Manual dexterity and general physical endurance
• Regular lifting (5–35 lbs) and carrying (5–10 lbs over 40–50 ft)
• Routine pushing loads (5–150 lbs) on casters or pulleys
• Sustained gripping (1–2 minutes of 40–50 lbs)
• Ability to guard a lift load of 120–140 lbs
