NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team at 121 W Main Street Monongahela, PA. You will work under a licensed PT, treating orthopedic, sports, neurological, concussion, and related cases, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PTA program.
• Passed the CAPTE national PTA exam.
• Valid PA PTA license or licensure in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as per state practice act.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services for patients, families and facilities according to policy and procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support client relations.

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Incentives: $200/Month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Hourly, $18.00 - $28.00, commensurate with experience PLUS Student Loan Repayment Program

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
