Job summary

Silver Creek Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range and the opportunity to contribute to patient-centered orthopedic care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, performing therapeutic interventions, and documenting patient progress under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
