Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Madison, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice from day one. You will help build the clinic’s culture, systems, and patient experience.

The role offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$105,000, a $350/month medical stipend, PTO and holidays, CEU support, and license renewal assistance. New grads are welcomed and encouraged to apply as you shape the clinic with your clinical excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain).
• New Grads are welcomed to apply!
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in work-life balance and shaping clinic culture and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment.
