Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited college or university.
• One year of PTA experience within the last two years preferred.
• Current, full, active license to practice as a PTA or current PTA/technician certification as determined by APTA.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy Assistant services to patients as assigned.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and the care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions to achieve mobility and function goals.

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Associate Degree
• Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of experience within the last two years as a Physical Therapy Assistant. License: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapy assistant or possess current certification as a physical therapy assistant/technician as determined by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
