Requirements include a DPT or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and CAPTE accreditation, a current unrestricted license, and BLS certification. Dry Needling certification is highly recommended. Candidates should have at least 24 months of recent experience, with a Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Trigger point Dry Needling certification is highly recommended but not required.
Have at least 24 months of experience within the past 36 months as a physical therapist.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted license (Any State License)
