Job summary

Health In Motion Inc in Hayward, Wisconsin, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for a full-time outpatient role, Monday–Friday. The position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a benefits package as described in the job posting.

You will assist in evaluating daily living skills and in all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic programs, while reporting observations to the supervising

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program.
• Observe patients during treatments and report observations to the Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.

Education

Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice

Salary: $23-$28/Hrly
Full Time: M-F
Clinic Location: Hayward, WI
