Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Groveport, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours varying and mentorship to support your clinical development.

You will provide high-quality patient care under a licensed PT, with a compensation range of $26.00–$40.00 per hour. Benefits include up to $10,000 sign-on, student debt assistance, PTO, health coverage, and company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed CAPTE national PTA exam.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Deliver high-quality PT services in line with center policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients, and staff.

Education

CAPTE national PTA examination

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
