Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver therapy services on a PRN basis. You will provide physical therapy within scope, supporting residents in a post-acute care setting and collaborating with a caring team.

The role requires an active PTA license, with 1 year of post-acute care experience preferred. CPR certification is required at hire or during orientation. LTC/SNF experience is a plus. Hourly rate: $32–$38.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within scope of practice per the plan of care.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support residents' goals.
• Document progress and communicate changes to care team.
