Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation in Glendale, AZ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our in-house rehab program. You will work under a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative treatment for patients with functional disorders and help implement plan of care in a post-acute care setting.

New grads are welcome, and the role offers a stable schedule with work-life balance and a competitive hourly rate of $30–$35 depending on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical requirements.

Bella Vita Health & Rehabilitation in Glendale, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay:$30 - $35/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
