We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our Metro Fort Myers, FL location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Contributing to the effectiveness of physical therapists through assessments, interviews, and reviews of therapy histories.
2. Documenting patient care and treatment notes confidentially.
3. Performing therapeutic procedures, providing counseling, and promoting health and wellness.
4. Developing and implementing patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Current State license
• Compliance with State regulatory requirements
• Completion of a Physical Therapy Program at an accredited institution
