Confluent Health is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient clinic in Crawfordville, FL. You will work under a supervising PT to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care and help patients move toward their goals.

Responsibilities

• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

About

Compensation: $29.00 - $31.00 +productivity incentives.
