Confluent Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient care under the supervision of a PT in our Texas clinic. You will help patients move better, feel better, and live better through evidence-based, patient-centered treatment and clear progress updates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to professional growth, with mentorship, advanced tools, and a PDP-driven development path.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation:$30 - $34/hour + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
