Job summary

TLC Rehab in Citrus Springs, FL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality care under the supervision of a PT, help patients move better, and build strong patient relationships.

You will participate in mentorship and development programs, with opportunities for certifications and education through EIM, plus productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
