Job summary

Lake Centre for Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in New York to deliver high-quality outpatient treatment and build strong patient relationships. You will work collaboratively with a supervising Physical Therapist and contribute to a positive care experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care

About Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $26 - $29 hourly + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
