• Maintains professional skills/competencies to effectively and progressively meet the demands of the position.
• Provide clinical instruction to students when assigned.
• Comply with safety activities, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements such as OSHA.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Attend and participate in department meetings and mandatory educational programs.
• Follow hospital and department policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to implement treatment plans, assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, and ensure a high standard of care in a collaborative environment.

Location: Elgin, Illinois

Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, Days and Evenings (No Weekends)

Expected Starting Pay: $28.50 - $35.00/Hour (minimum to mid-point, based on experience)

Essential Job Functions
