Job summary

Fox Valley Orthopedics in Geneva, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse musculoskeletal patient population. You will evaluate, diagnose, and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, PT assistants, and staff.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a sign-on bonus of $15,000, and starting pay between $80,000 and $124,800 plus performance bonuses, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist the ideal candidate will provide high – quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population with musculoskeletal conditions. This role involves evaluating, diagnosis, and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. They work closely with the medical team including physicians, physical therapist assistants and ancillary staff to coordinate care for optimal patient outcomes.

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus***

Location: Geneva, Illinois

Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

Expected Starting Pay: $80,000 - $124,800 (based on experience) plus bonuses

• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
