Fox Valley Orthopedic in Elgin, Illinois is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work under a licensed PT. The role involves implementing treatment plans, helping patients reach rehabilitation goals, and maintaining quality care in a collaborative environment.

The PTA will handle documentation, safety compliance (OSHA), and may instruct students. Shifts are Monday–Friday, with no weekend hours, offering starting pay between $28.50 and $35 per hour based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Implements treatment programs designed by a physical therapist to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains complete and accurate records pertinent to patient treatment to assure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains professional skills/competencies to meet the demands of the position.
• Provide clinical instruction to students when assigned.
• Comply with safety policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA) and participate in safety activities.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Attend department meetings and mandatory educational programs.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
