Flagship Therapy in El Monte, CA is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You'll provide rehabilitative treatment under a Physical Therapist supervision and help patients recover from physical functioning disorders.

We offer a flexible schedule with a strong values-driven culture and opportunities for advancement. PTA license required; new grads welcome; compensation ranges from $38 to $42 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required
• Open to Physical Therapist Assistants at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Madera Post Acute Center in El Monte, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $38- $42/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
