Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Crosby, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and help patients return to athletics, work, and daily life.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a starting wage of $27 per hour (experience-based), and a $3,000 sign-on bonus plus an unlimited student debt benefit.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Must have passed the CAPTE national examination for PTAs.
• Valid Texas PTA license or license in process is required. CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages and abilities under the direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist in implementing physical therapy services in accordance with practice act and clinic policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients and support client relations.
• Support supervision and mentorship as part of the clinical team.
