Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Crosby, TX is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for the outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver outstanding care. Responsibilities

• Understand state practice acts and supervision requirements for PTs.
• Complete and maintain required training and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and document patient need for physical therapy.
• Maintain open communication with coworkers, physicians, patients and payors.
• Attend facility meetings as directed by center manager.

Compensation: Starting at $78,000/year and up! (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
