Job summary

ProRehab, part of the Confluent Health Family, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality outpatient care under supervision. You will support patients in progressing toward functional goals, build strong therapeutic relationships, and maintain clear documentation.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, mentorship, and career development within a supportive multi-clinic network.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in state of practice or ability to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT
• Complete timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice

Compensation: $26 - $30/hour +productivity incentives
