Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Texas. You will deliver high-quality treatment under the supervision of a PT, help patients move better and build strong relationships while advancing clinically through mentorship and evidence-based practice.

• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

About

Compensation: $28 - $35/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Up to $2,500 Sign On Bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
