ProRehab, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Louisville, KY. You will deliver high-quality care under the supervision of a PT, progress patients toward functional goals, and build strong patient relationships in a collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant; able to obtain licensure in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the PT in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $26 - $32/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits: Generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
