Job summary

ProRehab, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality treatment under the PT supervision, progress patients toward functional goals, and build strong patient relationships in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.

• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Compensation

$22 - $28/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
