Job summary

TruCare Living Centers in Columbus, TX, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The facility provides post-acute and geriatric services and fosters a stable therapy team to support patient recovery.

As part of the rehab team, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and apply evidence-based practices to deliver rehabilitative care to geriatric patients. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Assistant license is required

• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

TruCare Living Centers in Columbus, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!
