Job summary

Barrows Training and Education Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cleburne, Texas. The PTA will assist therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans and provide hands-on care to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree as a PTA and current licensure or eligibility. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required, and the successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative clinical

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on exercises and pain management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour - based on experience Real Performance Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics servingCleburne, Burleson and surrounding communities for over 20 years.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Follow Up : Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions : Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation : While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere : Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications
