Real Performance Physical Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Cleburne, TX. You will support licensed physical therapists with patient-centered care and contribute to evidenced-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient follow-up: conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment planning: assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic interventions: implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: monitor and document patient progress using the charting system and report changes to the PT.
• Patient education: educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Professional atmosphere: work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
